Väga kena ja mugav tool. Kokkupanemisel selgus, et toolijala kate, mis peaks instruktsiooni järgi olemas olema, on puudu. Aga sel pole mingit kandvat rolli ja tegelikult on ilma isegi ilusam. Nii et jäime kaubaga rahule.

Very uncomfortable chair that dosen’t move or recline. When i contacted customer care, then they refused refund. They said product must be unpacked but how would I know if chair is good or not if I have not seen it and experienced it in real? I am so called “VIP” customer who purchased every month 3-4 items from kaup24 and this is the first time I had issue that the item didn’t suite my needs and i simply wanted to return but they don’t have any regard for customers. Will never use this store again. Ikea is much better, they let you try product in their store and still if you are unsatisifed after opening producy in your home, you can still return it. I don’t recommend anyone this store.
