This guide introduces climate change using cartoons. It describes background on Earth’s history, the Ice Ages, carbon dioxide, energy, and climate science; what might happen in the future in terms of global warming, water, life on Earth, the world beyond 2100, and possible outcomes; and actions people can take related to technology, carbon taxes, moving beyond fossil fuels, and other areas. This edition has been updated with new art and recent scientific data from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
